Media Library

Upload your product photos once, then drop them in wherever you need them.

Uploading images

1. Open the Media page
2. Click New media and pick your files
3. Supported formats: images (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP), plus PDFs, documents, audio, video, and archives
4. 15MB max per file

Storage limit

Every account gets 5GB for product images and media. Your current usage sits at the top of the Media page, so you'll see it coming before you hit the ceiling. That's a lot of product shots, unless you're uploading them straight off the camera.

Digital product files and Content Library uploads can live in your own R2 or S3 bucket instead, where they don't count against the 5GB at all. See Bring Your Own Storage.

Using images

The same image can go in a few places:

• Products - add images while editing a product
• Descriptions - insert from Media in the rich text editor
• Emails - drop them into email templates

Deleting images

1. Open the Media page
2. Click the image you want gone
3. Click Delete
