Collect product reviews from verified buyers.
Turning on reviews
- Go to Settings → Reviews
- Toggle Enable product reviews
- Choose whether to auto-approve reviews or moderate them yourself
- Set the Review request delay, the number of days after delivery before a review request email goes out
Moderation
The Reviews page in your dashboard lists every review that's been submitted. From there you can:
- Approve: publish the review so customers can see it
- Reject: hide it from your shop
- Reply: add a response that sits below the review
- Bulk approve: clear a batch of reviews in one go
Where reviews show up
- Product modal: the popup a customer sees when they click a product on your shop page
- Ghost product pages: with review sync enabled, reviews also appear on your Ghost site's product pages
Verified purchases only: every review comes from a confirmed buyer. A customer needs a completed order for the product before they can leave one, so no drive-by ratings from people who never bought anything.
